How do you pronounce "Panta Rei"

You know, the motto of the Society of Rheology.

The first word I think I have pretty well, "PAWN - ta", but is the second word "ree", "ray", "rye", ... I can't say that I have a clue, as ... (you can see this coming) it's all Greek to me.
