My question is simple. Does any user the KinetiVision service? Is it a good ROI? I have seen a couple of the video and it seem to be fairly nice. But like any can demo I am always looking for the catch.

The company I work for, Schlumberger, bought a company-wide site license for all of their 200+ Pro/E users. This is the 2nd year we're using it, and all the users I've talked to really like it. It's short, informative, and to the point.
