I'd guess your newsgroup server / internet service provider dumped it(?).
I am reading it through Outlook Express now. Check with your ISP or locate a different news server.
It's your ISP not the reader.
comp.cad.pro-engineer is part of usenet which provides the distribution of posts. Services providing news distribution from usenet pick and choose what they want to distribute and why. Generally, whoever provides your email service also provides a news feed. You would have to ask whatever news service you're subscribed to what their criteria are for choosing what ngs they distribute.
