does someone knows where i can find info on pcf files? i d like to know some specific option values like different plotter type

Til something better comes along.... There's a bit of a rundown in Fundementals / Pro/Engineer Menus / File Menu / Printing Files / Plotter Configuration Files. Try a global search of Help and there's some additional stuff related to printing Piping drawings.
