PHYSICAL PAIN while CAD-ing?

Jan 05, 2005 0 Replies

CAD users sometimes experience pain while working long hours on their computer. If you are experiencing physical pain/discomfort in your arms, shoulders or wrists while using CAD applications, you may qualify to participate in a San Jose State University ergonomic study looking at potential pain reduction approaches.

The study will include an initial ergonomic assessment, followed by a one-month alternative working approach, and post-ergonomic assessment.

If you are interested in learning more, please post a reply or email the study's Principal Investigator, J. Vansick at snipped-for-privacy@email.sjsu.edu.
