Pro/Pipe pipe solids

Created pipe solids, then I deleted all pipe solids, tried to create new pipe solids, still saying 'pipe solid names in use', how do you 'flush' old pipe solid names?

Are you sure that you deleted them from the working directory? If so then make sure that they are erased from memory.
