I have ProE & ProTOOLKIT licenses on my machine.
#14 1 Pro/TOOLKIT Development Licenses Wildfire 2.0 Ext #PROE_ESP1 1 Pro/ENGINEER Development Licenses Wildfire 2.0 Flt Lic
Even with these license I need to unlock my applications (dll or exe) before I can use them with ProE.
How can I run my applications without unlocking.
