How to create a data link of 115.2KBits/sec over 50-100Km (line of sight) with total power consumption of less than 5W? Is there any commercial unit for these type of an application?

Afraid you need a couple of fibre's to meet those requirements.

Not sure but here in Italy there were 700+ Km QSOs using 3m antennas and
10mW Gunn Diodes.
100Km should be within reach (regulations apart).
Not the beginner type of stuff, anyway.

Yes you can do that and probably more but what is the reliablity. For consistant communications the distance would have to be greatly reduced.
