Story link: http://villagevoice.com/issues/0331/baard.php
Summary: People will want to enhance their physical and mental abilities with genetic engineering and mechanical implants as those technologies become available. But at what point could the debate between these futurists and the cautious groups they deride as "bio-Luddites" turn into a violent struggle?
