Drivers

I am looking for some motor driver boards to connect between my handyboard and motors. What do you recommend?

Thanks

N.B. What did you use TWAIN?

I think we need a bit ore information. What motor voltage and how much current do you need? What kind of starting and or stall current do you expect to encounter? Are these being driven from AC line voltage, rectified, voltage reduced, or battery driven? AC or DC? Are you wanting to drive small motors, medium motors, big motors or what? Are the motors brushed permanet magnet, brushless permanent magnet, bipolar stepper, unipolar stepper, etc?

I cheated. I got some R/C Electronic Speed Controllers at a local hobby story. They work like servos and control fairly hefty motors.
