New U.S. tv show with students building remote control robots

I stumbled onto this, the Do It Yourself Network television channel, www.diynetwork.com is running a series of competitions between college
student teams to show the details of their building remote control robots to compete in a fixed task. They spend a good fraction of the show explaining how and why they are doing what they are doing.
This week the task was to scoop up children's toys and deposit them into a container. Last week it was collecting eggs, next week is to build a butler. The web page has additional details on how to use tools, etc.
