I'm in the finishing stage of a Cineroc clone (with tv cam, not film).
Does anybody have a decent scan of the "Cineroc" decal, or a decent profile photograph of the cineroc with the decal on it?

I don't remember a decal for the Cineroc. It used the Omega two-stage rocket for launches and only had decals for the fins. JimZ's website has the Omega

The Cineroc camera itself has a "Cineroc" logo in the 73-75 catalogs, plus the 74 and 75 catalogs show a "Cineroc" logo that goes on the Omega booster, matching the blue fin decal color. I don't know if the combination kit shipped with the decal, or if it was just done on the catalog model.
