Court records are SUCH fun....

It is, but not in the way You might think. The "bulleting" of the car occurred while Chuck still owned it. At the time, Chuck lived in a large apartment complex and one day one of his neighbors decided it was a good day for a police standoff. The SWAT team was called in and gunfire ensued. The car was parked in the line of fire and was hit several times, unfortunately only by police bullets. Soon after that Chuck sold the car to jerry for $1000, but true to form, jerry failed to pay for the car, despite driving it for years after that.

So it sounds like there aren't many people that have sold anything to Jerry that he Hasn't ripped off.

Things like bills, debt and responsibility are inconvenient, so jerry ignores them.

A little hunting tells me that the nosecone was nothing but a litany of "it's someone else's fault", so Bill stepped up and offered to order a kit and pay Darrell for it.

Of course, Bill's comments as to the "quality" of the tubes was entertaining, matches what I have seen first hand, and what several others (but not everyone) have stated from their own personal experience.

I'm not sure, but I believe the criminal charges are a result of a fire jerry had at his dpt shop in Pomona Ca. Likely, the devices in question were in fact motors in various stages of assembly, plus raw propellant.

If he'd had those permits that TMT requires, he could have proved he was a legit manufacturer and not a basment bomber.

That whole case and the time frame, sure explains a lot about some of his activities, i.e. trying to dump large amounts of motors on unsuspecting dealers, clubs, and individuals; not to mention the temporary straw sale of US Rockets, and then back to Jerry, (can't remember the guys name). Jerry is lucky the feds didn't blast his a$$, other than just DOT.

False.

FTR I had them and I delivered them.

Since you were convicted, it's a good bet that any "permits" you gave them were as bogus as the stuff you gave the DOT, or the stuff you gave TRA.

See, there you go jerry; "taking liberties with the truth", AGAIN..

They were in fact "perpellant actuated devices." Jerry being the perp, of course.
