IIRC, Mike stopped selling the sets a couple years back just after I bought mine. he posted that he was selling one last run, then archiving everything off, which is a great pity, because it's an absolute treasure trove.

If there's no other way of obtaining these really useful CDs, can anyone put up a torrent of them or something for the rest of us who were too late to be able buy one?
