History Channel, Modern Marvels, Space Shuttle Columbia

Most of the show was the basic shuttle story, but the last few minutes showed the recent test firings of foam at wing sections. The hole the glancing blow created looked to be over 16" in diameter. They also included the final viewable footage from inside as it entered the atmosphere, and a bit of footage of the flight center as the temperature sensors cutout to the flight director asking that the doors be locked.

Don't know when it will be repeated this week.
