The National Association of Rocketry's Annual Convention

March 12-14, 2004 at the University of Wisconsin - Parkside Campus Kenosha, WI

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: BILL STINE Founder and President of Quest Aerospace Co-author of "The Handbook of Model Rocketry (7th ed.)" Son of NAR founder G. Harry Stine

PLUS: Vendors, an NAR Town Meeting, special events and fun sessions, with a special focus on rocketry in education and youth programs.

A sport and high power launch will be held concurrently at the Richard Bong State Recreational Area in Kansasville, WI.

NARCON is an annual convention held by the NAR for the purposes of educating those interested in all aspects of hobby rocketry. Events will include keynote speakers, training seminars, workshops, rocket-building sessions, open discussion forums, and more. Covered topics will include technical sessions on all levels of rocketry from beginner to advanced, compatition, educational aspects, safety, rocket design, and many others. Special emphasis is being placed this year on the uses and value of rocketry in education and youth programs, including the successful Team America Rocketry Challenge.
