What was the latest issue and when did you get it (and how do you have it mailed)?

My last issue was the July/August 2003 issue and I'm wondering....

I got the one with the lego rocket on the cover. that the newest?

I hear another one is due to pop in a week or two.

Yep

I got the lego too.

What's up with HPR (seriously), I've only seen one 3/4 sized one?

When you signup or renew after a hiatus, how long is it supposed to take before getting Sport Rocketry? I renewed in mid September. Got my new card and everything but still no mag.

Did you get your old number?

I haven't been a NAR member since about '82 or so. I honestly can't remember my NAR number :( Anyone have a clue on what range it would be circa '82?

Kelly promised to really, really catch up this time and the only people gullible enough to believe it was the TRA BOD.

Yes, but you have to be able to provide your old number if you want to get it again when you rejoin. I couldn't remember mine either, so I checked the mailing label on one of my old issues of Sport Rocketry. I probably still have my original card here somewhere, but the magazine was a lot easier to find.

When did you get your Sep/Oct issue? (And does it travel 1st class or 'slow' ?)

You did better than me. Mine was 2/3 at the most. I love the way HPR reprints old NASA articles & calls that content.

If you take out the shrinkage & the NASA reprints, on an annual basis, HPR is about 25% of what it used to be.

Look at the bright side - it sucks on a more regular schedule.

When.

As in; Did it just arrive or did you get it a month ago.

You see, I'm trying to determine if my copy has been lost or if it simply has not arrived yet, but will soon.

Fred,

Received mine about 10 days ago (IIRC). I'm in south Orange County.

Mid 30K range

If you were a member since HQ computerized (early 80s), the info is in the database. If you were a really old time member, the manual history was never entered, probably because it wasn't around.

Fred: I live in Kentucky and I'm almost positive that I received it in either very late Sept or very early Oct....... shockie B)
