Hello all,
In the latest issue of Sport Rocketry, there is an intriguing picture of an SR-71 on page 30. It has dark motor exhaust coming from the two engine pods but what the heck is coming from the center??? I can't tell if it's a jet engine or just something flapping in the breeze.

My Silly Wild Ass Guess, SWAG;
its got a 38mm redline motor with two outboard 29mm Black Jacks.
or it's got a 54mm redline with outboard Pro38 Smokey Sams.
the redline streak looks wierd sometimes like that in photos.
