Have you called or emailed him to ask?
Most common reason with reputable sellers or buyers is an invalid e-mail address or phone number. If eBay or a buyer/seller cannot get in touch with you, you get NARUd. I have no idea why he was NARUd. Call him and ask.

If it's like the last times, an over zealous Feebay employee sees the picture of commonwealths store and spots a sign that says fireworks.
CW sells fireworks as well as rockets.
then they cancel the Feebay account without notice, claiming he sold fireworks when he does not on eaby anyway.
Steve protests and
1) they restore the account2) they ignore him and he opens a new one.
