1/48 DUKW ??

Looking for any info on a 1/48 DUKW in any medium? Resin, vac??? I've gathered enough info to scratchbuild and have even started some of the simple items....... looking for any info before I jump in with both feet. Also saw this on eBay......what the heck scale is this thing.........really?

I believe a lot of the lindberg kits were "Box Scale" which I think could be anything from 48 on up. I vagely remember this kit from my (long lost) youth. HTH Chuck

Yeah, that's an odd duck (sorry for the pun 8^) I can't imagine it having any level of detail. If you're interested, I do remember seeing a 1/50 scale release of a DUKW on some diecast site. I think it was made by Solido. Try a google search for 1/50 DUKW and you should find it. HTH
