was watching Kelly's Heroes and the jeeps they had had their canvas tops up. Was this option ever offered with the Tamiya jeeps? Don't recall seeing these parts offered. Is it available as an after market item?
like this link but in the movie the top had side panels as well.

I did a review of five jeep kits for the AMPS BORESIGHT about 10 years ago: Tamiya (1973), Tamiya (1999), Italeri, Heller and Monogram. The original Tamiya and Heller ones came with the basic top (no rear side curtains).
