Chinese V-2 Missile markings

Can anyone translate the markings on this Chinese version of the German V-2 missile?

I posted the JPG "Chinese Writing" in alt.binaries.models.scale.

It is standing at the entrance to the "People's Museum" in Beijing, China.

Is it an army missile marking or simply "Welcome to the museum"?
