I belive Nichimo makes a kit of one or two of the I Class IJN subs don't remember the scale might be 1/200
Nichimo make a 1:700 scale I-400 - there's a pic of it on my website at :-

IIRC, Tamiya also now make one - and much better than the Nichimo offering.
