Japanese Raid

I just heard about a Japanese raid on Okinawa on April 15, 1945. Eleven fighters from the 100th Fighter Sentai raided American airfields and did severe damage to both installations and aircraft. Although eight raiders were shot down the damage done to a/c on the ground was reported as substantial. Any one know any more about this raid, as far as Japanese a/c used and US a/c destroyed? The report I got was just a trailer tied to something else. Mike IPMS
