Hi guys, Does anyone here know if a knock-on wheel nut rotates with the wheel? In other words, should it be glued to the wheel or to the axle?

Brings back memories of the days of driving my Triumph TR-3 and looking over the "cockpit" side at the knock-offs glittering in the sun!
