Are you looking to personalize "one" dicast car or 100,000 each?
Most companies would probably not be interested in personalizing one item, unless you have really deep pockets.
They are set up to do hundreds of thousands of the same item, which also requires really deep pockets.
This information would be useful for a potential company answering your request.
