Martel Anti-Ship Missiles

I'm in the process of de-warping an Airfix Buccaneer, and would quite like to hang a couple of Martels off the outboard pylons (rather than the kit supplied Sea Eagles). Does anyone know if these have been produced (resin, injection, whatever)? Any idea on stockists? (Tried Hannants but the search comes up blank).

IIRC, the Sea Eagle used the Martel airframe, therefore you should be able to convert the Sea Eagles - leave off the air intake (Martels were rocket powered) and rework the nose for the Anti-radar or TV guided versions. The Data-link pod for them may be more of a problem, but IIRC that was only for the TV guided version.

I agree with the last post that converting the Sea Eagles may be easy enough and certainly cheaper than the alternative. The Flightpath set for the Buccaneer has two very good AR Martels in it, but is rather expensive. It comes with a plethora of etched brass and is a great set, but rather pricey if all you want are the Martels. Don't know if they will sell individually; maybe post your plea here and someone will divy up a set with you. Good Luck - Jack
