is the wingfold in the correct place? obviously the hardware is wrong, but if it is the right joint...el scratcho, i hope.

I can't see why Airfix would get it wrong. Find some shots of the fold and scratch away. hth

these ookis crumbs are making me itch. haven't found any fold pics. more google i guess.
Try Usenet-Replayer and their engines. Just a couple weeks ago I found photos of Helldivers on USS Midway (probably just after her shakedown cruise). In three of the photos are good views of the wing folds.
