Hey all - haven't been here for a while - good to see a lot of familiar names still on the group...
Anyway, just wondering whether anyone can help with the details of one of the placards found on the P-51D (and -51C) instrument panels? It's a parallelogram (skewed rectangle) shaped notice found way over on the right-hand side of the panel. You can see it in this photo:

(though not read it!) just above the striped canopy release lever midway up the right-hand-side of the picture.The closest I've been able to get to reading this is in this photo:

of a P-51C panel under restoration.I make it out as:
WARNING DO NOT MO(VE?) THROTTLE ... BACK ... ... ...
Does anyone know what the rest of the text here says? A clear photo of this placard would be greatly appreciated...
