Trumpeter IL-76 reviews or opinions?

Go for it. It looks really good when finished except that the engine intakes are a little too rounded off and the openings are too small. they could stand to be reamed out with a rat-tail file or replaced by the BraZ Models resin replacements. The rear fuselage ramp is needlessly complicated and mine didn't fit well. Use the solid ramp piece and scribe in the door outlines instead. The cockpit glazing is rounded off instead of depicting the flat faceted look of the cockpit windows, bit that's a very small nitpick. The kit comes with really nice Aeroflot and Russian airforce markings.
