Wooden ships in WWI

Does anyone have any information on the wooden steamships that were being built during World War I? Any models built and housed in a museum?

Many fishing trawlers were so brought into naval services as patrol boats. Some were metal, others wooden. Trawlers were also used in WW2, and even in the cold war where they were used as elint machines.
