looks an awful lot like the old Testor's STEALTH Copter. I remember seeing the Phalanx in Jane's as well, actually in two versions. The first on you listed was shown as the "Aurora" or somsuch and the Phalanx was called the "Dragon" and was some kind of super- copter that had modular parts for different missions. I'll have to go through my 1970s copy of Jane's later and see if I can find it.
