hi
in 2008 when working with anotations how do I get to the proerties of the anotation?
in 2007 you right click on the anotation and picked properties then you could add symbols etc.
cannot seem to find this in 2008

Properties should automatically be there in the left tree when you select the note...

nope, in the tree it shows:
favorites text format leader border layer
that's it
Under Text Format click on the button that shows the CL for Center Line.
