Concern over appearances and stock prices has more to do with it than genuine embarrasment.
You know, I come in here to let you guys know that "the evil Inventor users" are just as displeased with these developments as the Solidworks users are and this is the type of response I get?
Has nothing to do with stock price or appearance. I think it was juvenile and an embarrassment to all of their customers. Try out your conspiracy theories elsewhere.
wow...amazing that high level executives are so crass (shudder). Kinda makes you wonder if Banquer and his young ward Cliff were in the video too.
Ah yes. Quite unlike the drivel that issues forth from your mouth...
Did anyone save this video out seperate before Google pulled it? Please email it to me.
TIA

Hey the drivel has stopped...
This is too funny - I couldn't figure out what the heck you were talking about here. Then I realized that I had already ensured peace by blocking a couple names, therefore I wasn't seeing the other part of the conversation. Guess it works! :-)

As other states, I don't think that the purpose with this video was to publish in public.
Another thing, Autodesk as the biggest CAD-company, isn't in a position to be scared anyway:
What people do in the privacy of their own barns is their business but taping it is stoopid stoopid stoopid. Autodesk's rank and file should demand mandatory drug testing of all company officers.
Rome is burning.
funny you should say that - my thought train rattled on to wondering afterward if the CEO had a cocaine problem....really it looks like one very sick culture there at Autodesk. If you had misgivings about the company attitudes and behaviours before it was pretty well confirmed by that exhibition.
Any CEO who spends time with the senior management doing weird antics is distracting themselves from solving the REAL PROBLEM at hand.
The real issue is that more people are buying SolidWorks than Inventor and their CEO does NOT know what to do about it, other than to spend time in diversions.
Sell AutoDesk short!

Oh, that's nothing. You should see the ones they do in parody of their own customers. Blue as a Viagra tablet embossed with the Autodesk logo. Carl in a Ben Franklin thong is pretty scary.
