I would like to export a drawing SolidWorks in format HPGL the converted file would have to have the extension *.hpgl and not *.plt

You can't directly, BUT, you Can export as a .DXF format and using a DXF to HP-GL converter, get what you need. There are many links, on the web, but here is one to get you started.
