the last feature should be a CUT thicken-presently you have a thicken-multi bodies now

*) Edit definition of your Cut Thicken feature
*) Select OK
*) Choose "Selected Bodies"
*) Check mark "Body 1"
*) Select OK

actually that cant be true...maybe you did but it just doesn't seem properly...hmmm...well when I deleted and redid your thicken it worked ok after that
