when i did 'save a copy as...' the original part is still the one open. i would like it was the new one saved. is there any option's setting ?

This is by design. You need to close your original and open your copy seperately.

If you want that to happen then you have to do a save as, instead of a save as copy.
Once you do a save as and you get the new name you want, then you can do a Save as copy and save that to the other name you were using. This away you don't have do an open... you can do it all from the Save as command.

When you do "save as copy", you are left with the original file open.
When you do "save as" you are left with the new file open. Also any documents that are open when you do the "save as" that referenced the original will now reference the new file. This includes assemblies and drawings.
