Suddenly on a piece of HSS tubing that has 3 screw clearance through holes the smart fasteners (1/4-20 hex bolt)inverted themselves. I deleted them and recreated but they are now fixated on appearing upside down. There seems to be no way to correct this behaviour other than manually editing the mates.
