In an assembly I went into Smart Fastener Browser config., set that up. I then went back into assembly and clicked on Smart Fastener Icon, have Populate All checked. It popped in one fastener in one of 8 holes. Why didn't it fill the rest with cap screws as the first one? Same thread size same hole depth everything. It has one fastener listed.
ANYONE WITH SOME IDEAS I WOULD SURE APRECIATE IT.

bottom line, smart fasteners are not very smart.
if you use feature patterns for bolt holes you can populate one hole manually and then use an assembly component pattern on the manually created stack..
