In 1997 SolidWorks changed the look of the website to a more modern look with solid colors.

And in 1998 they looked a bit different again:

were hiring and the great Furby controversy was going on. Both Pro/E and SolidWorks claimed this popular toy for their own.
In 1998 SolidEdge put up their first website featuring V5. Guess they didn't know about the web for the previous versions.

In 1998 AutoDesk was plugging ACAD 14 and Mechanical Desktop was at V3
