unable to find a resource DLL problem?

hi fellas.. i try to install sw2007 but at the start it gives error ''unable to find a resource DLL '' what can i do to fix it. thans for yor answers..

Was your antivirus protectiondeactvated when you installed?

Are both your Windows and SolidWorks copies legitimate?

yes both of the programs (windows and sw) legal. and i dont use an antivirus program. what can be the poblem.

Do you have Microsoft Office (or at least Excel)? Since some SW functions use Excel, I always wondered what would happen to an install without Excel.

Does the message tell you which particular DLL is missing? Perhaps it is present on your computer but not properly registered in the system.

I don't have Excel or Office installed on either home or work computers. No issues, other than some minor ( to me ) missing funtionality.
