Alaska Railroad blue and yellow as in the Kato SD70MAC. Any guesses which Poly Scale colors come the closest? The yellow is rather lemony, and not as vibrant as you might expect. Reefer Yellow isn't even close - way too warm...
There are recomendations here to match the prototype. Whether they match the Kato is a different issue!

Yeah, he doesn't say too much about ARR - recommends Railbox Yellow for "striping", but nothing else specific to ARR. He says generically, B&O Royal Blue 414269 and CNW Yellow 414191 for blue/yellow diesels from the 80's and
