I just used the link you supplied at 1:30pm Eastern time and I was able to get in to it.

That's odd, I'm still getting a "The page cannot be displayed" message using IE 6.0 at 3:00 Eastern time. And others are reporting troubles. Maybe it's a browser-specific problem?
