I'm looking to get a steam engine for an LGB layout and am considering either the Bachmann or an LGB Steam.
I've read that Bachmann quality varies, but the Spectrum series seems to be on the better end of the scale.
Does anyone have any experience or comments on the Consolidation series, such as reliability, low speed performance, pulling power, top speed, etc?
