I use Mike Rose's and Sinbad for different cases. (Haven't used the above.)

The main difference is how you apply the activator. Mike's only comes in an aerosol spray, which makes it tough to use in some situations. It will fog clear plastic.

Sinbad's activator comes in a bottle with a pump spray or brush. It's easier to use in tight spaces.

Prices are about the same.

Whatever you do, be SURE to get the debonder. The stuff is instant and you WILL bond yourself to something eventually.
