Lionel #10 electric locomotive repair - need wheels and service manual

All,

Am starting to refurbish a standard gauge Lionel #10 electric locomotive and need to replace the wheels and the wiring - appears to have shorted out.

Already checked Bowser - they do not have the wheel set.

Is there a service manual available for the motor?
