I saw this sign while recently traveling on Amtrak and thought I would need to have one for my layout.
I guess I need to ask... where's the sign?
Perhaps he doesn't have a URL, or doesn't know this is not a binary newsgroup, but is text only, and he just tried to post an attachment.
Probably anyone with decent graphics sense and a product like Corel Draw could duplicate the sign, but he'd need to find a way to post the stuff to a phot sharing site first, if he desn't have his own web site. Of course a Corel Draw file doesn't do any good unless he also has it, so he'd need to know the sign dimensions so whoever helped create a graphics file could size it correctly and print it to a .PDF for him.
I find almost every image in google images. If not, I can edit what they have, but that means I have a good editor, oops.
But how can you tell what to search for when he didnm't quote the sign text?
I'm talking in generalities. If the OP needs a sign then use google images and search for it. Odds are about 2-5 searches with different phrases will find it.
