Cylinder lubricaters

Help, can anyone help me to find a source to replace the glass reservoir on the piston/cylinder oiler on our 5/6 hp opencrank Bamford,I managed to obtain from a trader at the recent Hollowell rally at Northants' a replacement glass which at the time I thought was the right shape but a bit smaller than the correct one and yes it is, so I would like to try and get the right one, the size needed is two and one half inches high top to bottom, two inches wide at the top, and one inch wide at the base where it fits over the drip feed sight glass. Any help would be welcome. The engine at the present time is getting oiled by a straight sided oiler, yours truly, John M. Burbage,Leics

Hi, Noel Trevitt should be able to help you. He just provided a new wine shaped glass for one of our National gas engines.

He makes/can make glasses for most things.

Rather than post his telephone on the group, email me off list if you want his details

Cheers Paul
