Took the young'un on a trip to the land of the EE507 traction motors - from Peterborough, via Thameslink to Ashford and (by Thumper) Hastings.

Many, many photos were taken, quite a few to help with some EMUs on the Electra drawing board but some of the most interesting are here, some of which tie in with recent threads...

At the risk of being crucified... that doesn't actually look too bad! Any chance of seeing it on an Electra overlay sometime? :)

Copyright issues aside, I've already knocked up a test overlay and it looks quite agreeable.
