Both working fine for me.

Try using a different browser - any of Firefox, Opera or Chrome will give a more useful error message that will help diagnose where the problem lies.

Even using IE v6 or v7, in Tools> Internet Options> Advanced, in teh big scrolling box full of checkboxes, there is one in the "Browsing" section which says "Show friendly HTTP eror messages". If you disble this, you get some if not all of the information other borwsers give by default, and this should be enough to help diagnose the problem.

Of course, using a non-IE browser (especially if you still use v6) is a good idea for plenty of other reasons, but they are not worth going into here.

Sounds like a DNS issue. Recant, repent, reboot. And reboot your DSL router if you have one.

Would start by checking if other sites are available (bbc.co.uk, ms etc), then consider dns. If they are then try http://63.134.216.37/ - if that does work then it is your DNS.
